My approach – I currently offer individual psychotherapy online in a safe non-judgemental space. I have an inclusive practice which aims to facilitate individual growth and well-being.
I work in a way that suits you drawing on a broad theoretical frame.
Psychotherapy can nourish your creativity by offering a relaxed and open personal space where you can put yourself first.
Creating art in therapy can help us to recognize feelings that cannot easily be expressed using words alone.
You do not need to have any previous experience or expertise in art to benefit from art therapy.
